At Camille La Vie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and include the provided packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
